Often when we end a time of fasting, we slip back into the same life pattern we had prior to the fast. This video encourages us in moving forward from a time of fasting without giving up the ground we have gained. Fasting is not giving up something like we lost, rather it is exchanging something for something better.

Jesus is calling us into a life that requires we give ourselves entirely to Him and our progress should be evident to everyone.

this video looks at verses 1 Timothy 6:6 and Hebrews 13:5 and discusses the topic of Contentment. Contentment is the way we raise a barrier of protection from being caught in the desire to acquire more and more material things and gain something of even greater value.

In this video we continue our discussion on Running the Race but looking at Hebrews 12:12-13 which reminds us that although we do not run in competition with others, we DO run the race together with others! Since our race is not "timed," we should run understanding that the Lord's will often requires us to slow our pace to help others in the race. Our race is not a sprint and really it is not just a marathon - it is more like "Mud-Run" that must be run as a team!

Looking at 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 is a great section of scriptures to refocus us at the start of a New Year! It's time to make sure we're running the right race and if not to make some adjustments. Let's make God our Priority over all and ask ourselves the question: "What am I going to do this year with what God has given me?" This video discusses running our race with purpose; not weighted down with our feet free!
