While the primary focus of Lifted Hands is international ministry, we also remain actively engaged in serving churches and ministry leaders within the United States.

Doug continues to serve Celebration Community Church in Bordentown, New Jersey, as an advising and oversight elder and regularly returns throughout the year to preach, teach, and minister.

Doug also serves on the Board of Directors of Street Church Ministries in New Jersey and regularly participates in outreach, discipleship, and ministry events throughout the year.

Lifted Hands is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where Doug previously served for two years as Missions Pastor at Coast City Assembly of God. Today, the Linser family faithfully attends Freedom Fellowship and remains available to encourage, equip, and serve churches, pastors, and ministry leaders wherever the Lord opens the door.
