We have 30 plus years of experience and understanding of both walking under and in authority. During that time, we have been raised up in ministry, been given responsibility of a church, and then raised up others and transitioned pastoral responsibility to them.

Understanding both sides of these transitions, allows us to effectively take what we were taught and teach it to others, in a way that enables them to do the same.

The great commission calls us to go into all the world and make disciples – not just believers – but disciples and a future leaders in the church. We always give priority to mentoring and counseling with pastors and future leaders through genuine relationship as formed by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
