Doug served Celebration Community Church for 11 years as an assistant pastor, and then for 15 years as it’s senior pastor, and then for 6 years as it’s missions pastor. He now continues to serve the church as an advisor and provides oversight covering.

Lifted hands was officially launched in 2018 as a DOA (doing business as) of Celebration and functioned as a non-profit under their 501C3.

During 2021, Lifted Hands became its own 501C3 non-profit mission organization.

Celebration continues to be a partner of Lifted Hands with Pastor Wayne Lebak serving on the board of directors along with Celebration providing on-going financial support.
